The Challenge

Most hospital posters are overlooked. Dell Children’s needed staff to notice — and contribute ideas to improve operations and patient care.

My Approach

I combined bold, hand-drawn illustration with clean hierarchy. Posters grabbed attention; workbooks simplified submission into quick, scannable steps.

What I Did

  • Designed posters, digital displays, and workbooks with immediate clarity

  • Adapted assets for both hallway walls and hand-held formats

  • Framed participation as invitation rather than mandate

  • Partnered with internal comms to make materials feel staff-owned, not top-down

Result

Generated 127 staff submissions against an expected 40. The campaign was extended for three more cycles based on participation rates.
