MetLife Foundation Inclusion Plus Campaign | Verb Inc.
The Challenge
Inclusion Plus was a global competition for financial inclusion startups. The identity had to work across 12 countries — credible to corporate partners, but accessible to grassroots innovators.
My Approach
Created a modular system that gave local teams flexibility while protecting global cohesion — standardised typography and iconography, paired with accent palettes adaptable to local contexts.
What I Did
Designed campaign identity for posters, stage design, T-shirts, and social media
Developed templates so volunteers and participants could create consistent materials
Unified pitch events, training resources, and winner announcements under one brand system
Result
Adopted for three consecutive years, supporting 450+ volunteers and 200+ startups across 12 countries. The system scaled globally without redesigns and maintained brand consistency.
